My husband and I bought a penthouse in Thalassa in the summer of 2018, a year later we did not regret it a minute. This year the site began to develop rapidly, which only pleases. Much attention was paid to landscaping and gardening, a good promenade was made, the construction is started for a new restaurant and an indoor swimming pool with SPA facilities. I really want the development of the site to continue at this pace.

For us, it is our ideal retirement, relaxed, friendly, worry free and the weather is great.

We first came to Thalassa in 2017 for a 7 day holiday with no intention of buying a property abroad. We fell in love with the site, location, facilities and friendly people and had left a deposit on a new apartment before leaving! We made a substantial number of changes to our apartment specification and Kensington were very accommodating to our requirements, liaising closely with us throughout the process. We now have our dream apartment and visit as often as we can, 5 or more times a year in all seasons, and miss Thalassa as soon as we get in the taxi to go home. In the 2 years since we purchased, the facilities have continued to improve at an impressive rate. Upcoming new physical facilities such as the new restaurant and indoor pool are very welcome but also the landscaping and the delightful beach areas get better on each visit. Friends now ask us where ‘home’ is!

I have just had some work done on my apartment, a ventilation grill fitted over my front door to allow free flow of air when it’s not occupied and some extra double sockets installed. It was a big job! Then my whole apartment has been repainted. Talat and his small team of painters did a very professional job, they worked very hard and were meticulous with the finish. I am delighted with the end result. Hanima and Dervan, helped me with the big clean up and they also did a fabulous job. My home is back to normal now and it looks fabulous – good as new! A huge thanks also go to Gökan & Korhan for their super liaison and support during the process. Çok teşekkürler!

Our family and me personally really like the Thalassa Beach Resort. We have been choosing apartments for a long time, but fell in love with Thalassa from the first sight. The site does not stand still, it is actively developing, infrastructure is improving. A wonderful team of managers, responsive, trying to help deal with any issues. It is interesting and safe for children to be in the site; cars do not drive around the territory. Every time I look forward to a trip to Cyprus to my second home.

We first looked at other projects from several developers, off plan projects that were nice but too expensive for us, resales in our price limit, but we didn’t like the standard. When Kensington offered us to go and see Karpasia Elite it was an easy choice. The standards are high and the view is amazing, we have had a good connection with the Kensington staff throughout the whole construction time, they are very serious and trustworthy, they always do their best to help us and answer our questions.
