As so many are unable to visit to view their dream home in the Mediterranean, many potential investors still want to be able to view property in any way they can.  Luckily, there are ways and means to view North Cyprus real estate from the comfort of your own home whilst we wait to be able to freely travel again. 

Kensington has been busy making short films of our properties within all our projects, which are perfect for initial viewing.  To get a feeling of a property and the inspiration to want to know more, they are a great way to get to introduce yourself to Kensington properties.  Should clients wish to then dig a little deeper and look at specific options, then our sales team is always on hand to provide a virtual property tour in further detail, for property options of particular interest.

Property tours of Kensington properties can be conducted with clients via phones, tablets, laptops or PC’s.  All that is needed is an application such as Skype, Facetime, or WhatsApp.  Our experts on the ground are available during tours so that immediate queries can be answered straight away and you can then see for yourself, as much as possible, what options there are to enable decision making.  Tours can take as much time as you wish, but generally, they will last for around 30 minutes.

Clients can also, should they feel ready, decide to proceed to purchase without having been to see a property in person.  Clients can choose to reserve a property at any time.  A deposit can be placed to reserve the property of choice until you are able to visit.  Clients would need to appoint a lawyer to handle the property transaction on their behalf, and who would ensure that the property seen on the virtual tour, is the property that you will receive.
