Whilst Kensington is the property developer of the prestigious and rather lovely Thalassa Beach Resort, the resort obviously needs caring for on an ongoing basis.

To ensure that things run smoothly and that the resort is maintained at its best, along with making sure that property owners and resort guests are cared for, there is of course, an onsite management company.

Tavor Management is the company that is responsible for the maintenance, management and operations at Thalassa, employing around 40 people, to deal with a range of services such as gardening, cleaning, maintenance, as well as the management office teams themselves.  Operating as a non-profit making company, all profit received goes back into the upkeep and improvement of the resort services offered.

Maintaining a beach resort the size of Thalassa is by no means a small task, and with the range of facilities and amenities that people are able to enjoy, it requires a constantly busy team of people to keep things maintained, serviced and in working order.

The resort features facilities such as :

• Indoor heated pool
• Spa
• Beach, Cabanas and Watersports
• Restaurant
• Bars
• Sports areas such as tennis and basketball court, beach volleyball, mini-golf, playground, boules and much more!

That does not include all the communal areas, courtyards, walkways, elevators, car parks, storage areas and security.

Tavor Management also runs a very successful Rental Program for property owners, taking the stress away from renting their properties to the holiday market in North Cyprus.  A dedicated rentals team takes control of advertising, booking and preparing owner properties and will liaise with guests as necessary to organise airport transfers, care hire and any special requirements they may have.  The property owners can literally leave their property with Tavor Management and feel comfortable.

Besides rentals, property owners can also employ the services of Tavor Management to keep their property maintained in their absence, with regular property checks, payment of utility bills, and cleaning being some of the additional services that are offered. 

Within the management team there is also staff who are responsible for the furnishing of apartments for new property owners, offering a choice of interior furnishings to choose from.  They can also help existing property owners refurbish their apartments too.

Of course, that is a short version of what Tavor Management do as a standard within Thalassa Beach Resort, however, the team is well known for going above and beyond in relation to assisting guests and owners alike, with any issues that they may have.
